健身跳跳乐！大马首家Jumping®教室位于Bukit Jalil, KL！

小时候，大家都喜欢在弹簧床上跳来跳去，但你知道跳弹簧床也可以是一个很好的健身活动吗？前阵子风靡欧洲的弹跳健身『Jumping®』，终于也来到了大马。这项充满儿时回忆的健身运动，比起一般单调的健身运动更好玩有趣！

Jumping®是一项在专业的PROFI弹跳床上进行的有氧运动，过程中你会随着音乐摆动，别看它好像很轻松，这些简单的弹跳动作做起来可是会让人汗流浃背。

Jumping®源于欧洲，2014年在韩国掀起了一阵风潮，近日在吉隆坡的Bukit Jalil开设了第一家Jumping®教室。目前吉隆坡的分店总共有两种课程，分别是Jumping® Fitness 和 Jumping® Aerobic。

前者是一项强烈的有氧运动，据说一堂课就可以让你燃烧1,000卡路里！Jumping® Aerobic则类似Jumping® Fitness，但你会随着不同的音乐（K-Pop、Latin Pop和摇滚乐等等）做弹跳动作，

Jumping®是一项对膝盖、脚踝、骨盆和背部很好的运动，非常适合过重或关节比较弱的人。这是除了游泳，另一个非常有助于锻炼关节和背部的运动。

Jumping®根据不同的课程而有不同的价格，每一堂课长达50分钟，要价RM30-RM999之间。现场还会有专业的教练指导你哦！
