1. Sunset Yoga with Swan Liew

Join Swan for a session of uptempo and vigorous sunset yoga, the perfect workout for those who want to sweat and stretch past their comfort zone. Swan’s yoga classes will be a blend of movements found in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara and Vinyasa with an emphasis on proper posture and alignment. Don’t be afraid to try it out as all levels are welcome (with modifications provided for everyone).

2. Coffee Tasting!

If you own a café or are a coffee enthusiast, this coffee tasting session is perfect for you! With different varieties of single origin beans, you’re bound to learn a new thing or two about the world of coffee. No appointment required and it’s absolutely free of charge! Just make sure you come on time so you don’t miss out!

3. JUNE : Tuesday Night Swing @ WORQ

Swing your hearts out at WORQ, TTDI every Tuesday night. Bring a towel, flat closed shoes and an extra tee to learn and enjoy a night of social dancing. For classes and social, it’s RM30 including 2 soft drinks or 1 beer and for social only it’s RM15 including 2 soft drinks or 1 beer.

4. IF WALLS COULD TALK vol.35 feat Sounds Of Kites

Calling all poets and poetry lovers, join the 35th session poetry open mic at Gaslight Café & Music this coming week. SOUNDS OF KITES is the moniker of folk singer/song-writer Wan Umar Shahid, whose ideas of emotions are better portrayed in the music he makes. Catch other open performers such as Samar Almontser, Ann Liya, Dania Kamal Aryf, SITIS (Aishah Abdullah), Ain Nabilah, Aisha Hassan, Alex Vorosmarthy, Jeremiah Vun, C&J, Thiruthani Nathan, Samuel Hew, Mitra Ganeson, Eshwarya Andy, Gina Gallyot and Pavithrah Sambu on that night as well.

5. La Gozadera Latin Dance Party

Salsa the night away and immerse yourself in the world of Latin music with DJ FASILITO aka the Salsa Spirit! A small fee of RM20 will be required at the door for entry and there’s also a colourful dress code for the night!

6. Rooftop BASH in Chinatown!

Mingle Hostel Kuala Lumpur will be hosting a rooftop bash this June. Go ahead and sample some sizzling BBQ, refreshing Malaysian-inspired cocktails, exotic “Tuak” Borneo Rice Wine whilst meeting new friends from all over the world. Cocktails are from RM15 onwards and the BBQ menu is priced from RM2.50 to RM10. Food and seats are limited so come early as it’s on a first-come, first-served basis!
