The Kung Fu Panda craze is still alive and well in Malaysia, what with the newest introduction of a Kung Fu Panda-themed restaurant in Subang Jaya.

Dragon Warrior Kitchen is an all-you-can-eat steamboat restaurant located in Sunway Pyramid and stepping in, you’d feel like you’ve been transported to olden day China.

Red lanterns fill up the space with Po, the main character of the Kung Fu Panda trilogy taking centre stage as the restaurant’s décor.

The Dreamworks restaurant served steamboat dishes and buffets with 100% MSG-free soup bases and pork-free ingredients. In fact, all fresh ingredients are sourced strictly from certified halal suppliers only.

Some of the items off the ala carte seafood set include the Big Scallops (RM49 for 6 pieces), the Alaskan King crab (RM369).

However, Dragon Warrior Kitchen’s main attraction is its seafood buffet sets.

Customers get to choose 2 soup bases from flavours like Black Truffle, Cheddar Cheese, Spicy Szechuan, Seafood Porridge, Herbal Blackbone Chicken or Pumpkin.

Next, opt from the meatballs, handmade paste and meat ingredients which are unlimited as part of the buffet set. Upon choosing, the ingredients will be delivered to your table and you can tuck into your steamboat meal.

The weekday buffet for adults is priced at RM95 for dinner sets and RM69 for supper sets. Meanwhile, dinner sets are priced at RM105 and supper sets are priced at RM79 on weekends and public holidays.

Children (between the height limit of 90cm-110cm) get a half price deal while those at a height of 90cm-110cm pay an RM15 nett price. Meanwhile, senior citizens (60 years and above) get a 20% discount.

Fans of the popular animation movie can opt to pay Po a visit and enjoy the tantalising halal steamboat served here. Do note that reservations has to be made in advance to ensure a seat.
