Go on and drag those lazy bones to the newly relaunched EnerZ Indoor Extreme Park this weekend for some sweat and fun! The venue was permanently closed down for a period of time, but with its recent relaunching, they have added more attractions for everyone, regardless of their fitness levels.

At EnerZ, they’ve got a bunch of trampolines to jump and tumble on for mega sweating! Go on and unleash your inner child and see how high you can go.

Alternatively, you can jump where it won’t hurt at the foam pit! The orange and blue cushions are designed to break your fall as you wade your way back to the start of the course.

If you’re feeling up for it, why not get a bunch of your buddies over and challenge them to a game of dodgeball?

The acclaimed Gut Builder, on the other end of the park is designed for little ones below the height of 1.6m. It is made to allow kids to muster up the courage to undergo the course and build not only their physical capabilities, but also their mental capabilities.

Wall climbing is a great way to build upper strength and sculpt lean and sexy arms. Trained staff will always be on standby to aid you, and all climbing gear is provided by the extreme park.

Slam Dunk Basketball is a great way to score a point without having to cause impact on your knee. With a soft trampoline landing, you can be rest assured that playing for hours on end will only have a fun impact, and not a painful one!

The Gladiator course sees each ‘competitor’ atop a red or yellow podium, and they will each attempt to swipe their partner down, using a long barrier.

Meltdown is a mechanical obstacle course which tests one’s mental as well as physical capabilities. In other words, you have to be quick on your feet and with your mind at the very same time, because you will have to jump, duck and dive as the padded bars swing from left and right, in an attempt to knock you off the platform.
