KL Tower is one of our city’s pride and joy. Stretching through the KL skyline, the 421m-tall tower sees plenty of tourists daily as well as locals. One local who recently braved the heights and powered through the building is none other than 25-year-old Azzrulkhan Hasrullah. And he climbed the KL tower using his hands.
Azzrulkhan, better known as Adam, is a differently-abled individual who proudly ascended the 2,058 steps of the KL Tower to reach the top. The UIAM student also made history in October by being the first differently-abled Malaysian to be listed in the Malaysia Book of Records for his achievement of climbing to the highest peak of Gunung Kinabalu.
Next on Adam’s plan is to climb Gunung Tras Madi in Sabah and his team plans to climb it in February. We often take for granted our God-given blessings and it’s wonderful to see how Adam breaks all odds to tirelessly climb the KL Tower with his hands. Discover KL wishes Adam all the best in climbing Gunung Trus Madi soon and congratulations on his successes thus far!
