Bref stands for brief or short in French, and it’s a new restaurant venture by Chef Darren Chin of DC Restaurant, which is also located in TTDI. For Darren, it is an absolute dream for a chef to open a restaurant of their own. But in his case, this would be his second venture. The sole purpose of this restaurant is to share Darren’s memories of good food growing up. One of his favourites to share with his patrons would be the Galician Octopus and Chips that comes with a stack of triple-cooked chips that are hot and fluffy at the same time. Pairing this dish with a bottle of fruity wine would certainly be a match made in heaven.

Hours: Mondays-Saturdays: 7pm-12am, (Closed on Sundays)

Address: 26 Lorong Datuk Sulaiman 1, Taman Tun Dr Ismail
