Let’s face it, pizza is a dish that’s meant for chefs to unleash their creativity on. While the base might be set, you can be a little more imaginative with the condiments and ingredients of the pizza itself. One restaurant that knows this principle all too well is Pesto Pizza.
They have several branches all around the South East Asia region and some of their pizza creations in the past has included Mushroom Truffle Pizza and Durian Pizza.
This time, Pezzo Pizza has outdone themselves again, with the introduction of a Satay Chicken Pizza and Sambal Chicken Ikan Bilis Pizza at their Pezzo Pizza-West outlets in Klang Valley. Saying that most Malaysians are a big fan of sambal is a clear understatement. Heck, some of us add it to every.single.thing. we eat.
