It’s less than a month till Christmas, you better start planning your Christmas party before your preferred venues get booked out! If you need some suggestions on where to host your office Christmas Party, here are some ideas for you to consider.

Hosting a cocktail party

If you’re going to be drinking it up this Christmas, consider hosting a cocktail party. Perfect for mingling, get-together and company bonding. For a small-scale Christmas cocktail party, below are some spaces which can comfortably accommodate under 100 pax.

Base 26 fits up to 70 pax standing, Taste at Geno Hotel fits up to 100 pax standing, The Aura fits up to 80 pax standing and Skyloft at Zell-V fits up to 60 pax standing.

For large corporations or those who are inviting clients and partners alike, these spaces above might not be big enough to host your guests. For those expecting more than 100 pax, consider these spaces below!

Glasshouse fits up to 600 pax standing, Cornerstone fits up to 400 pax standing, Deck at The Row fits up to 180 pax standing and it comes with a full-size bar and barbeque pit.

Host a sit-down dinner for staffs and clients

Good food and good company are two things that gel together! We love our nasi lemak, roti canai and char kuey teow but tis’ the season to feast on something Western.

We highly recommend Nathalie Gourmet if you’re up for something fancy. La Cocina is a good pick if you love tapas and paella, Ciao Ristorante is perfect if you’re looking for authentic and quality Italian food. If you still insist on having something in-between, like International cuisine, give Bobo KL a shot!

Nathalie Gourmet Studio fits up to 70 pax seated, La Cocina fits up to 230 pax seated. PS: A private room is also available upon request.

Ciao Ristorante  fits up to 180 pax indoor and 300 pax outdoor and private rooms are available upon management discretion. Bobo KL‘s Dining Room fits up to 50 pax.

Enjoy some live performances over some drinks

Jazz it up this Christmas by enjoying some live performances in town. We know that good live performances are hard to come by nowadays and have been replaced by the DJ consoles. Fret not as we know of venues which have quality live performances which will not disappoint!

Bobo KL‘s Piano Room is specially dedicated to live performances. Live House in TREC KL also has daily live performances. The Merchant Live in Armada Hotel is a hybrid of cosmopolitan New York bar and an updated London gentlemen’s club which has regular live performances. If you prefer to have a private performance session of your own, book their private rooms and have full access to karaoke entertainment, pool table AND a dart machine.

Throw a rooftop Christmas party

Outdoor rooftop spaces are venues which will never go out of style and you’ll instantly get into the festive mood if you have an event there! While these spaces are hard to come by, we found a few within the Klang Valley which are opened to hosting events.

Skyloft at Zell-V‘s outdoor area fits up to 300 pax, Acappella Suite Hotel‘s Skylawn fits up to 100 pax, Space Seven‘s rooftop is ideal for 100 pax, Deck at the Row accommodates up to 180 pax.

Try out some fun activities with your colleagues

For a different type of Christmas party, these are some fun-filled activities which will surely bring the team together!

Studio at KL offers art jamming activities for all! Nathalie Gourmet Studio is where you can have a private cooking class with Chef Nathalie! Their studio is ideal for a group of 25 pax or less. Drum Asia‘s stage is all yours! The Merchant Live is where you can sing your heart out!
