Nicknamed “the little food shop”, one might wonder if this restaurant cum food mart serves little, portion-sized meals. While that idea might sound adorable, the name is more likely derived from the Chinese term 小吃, which literally translates to little bites.

Malaysians are known for our snacking nature and every other hour is snack o’clock. This fits in perfectly with The Little Food Shop because they have a variety of snacks here.

Whether you’re having the munchies for plain sugar crackers, chips, Pocky sticks or KitKats, you can find them at the restaurant.

While waiting for your meal to be served, browse through the collection of little bites that you can grab for when you’d be hungry back at the office or even as a sneaky midnight snack ’cause why not? 😛

As for mains, The Little Food Shop serves up classic Malaysian favourites like nasi lemak with a wholesome slice of fried chicken drumstick, chicken rice, beef noodle soup and beef burger with a side of fries.
