If there’s one meal time that Malaysians enjoy more than our staple breakfast, lunch or dinner, it’s snack-time. Heck, we’d sometimes even find ourselves munching on some snacks alongside our main meals.

1. Green Tea Spread

This popular green tea milk spread is ideal on bread, crackers or if you’re feeling a little indulgent, even on its own. Mix.com.my stocks a green tea milk spread brand from Korea and each bottle retails for around RM40.

2. Rio Cocktail

Rio cocktails are another low-alcohol content beverage alternative to Somerby’s ciders. Slightly below 5% of alcohol, these colourful cocktails make for a nice weekend drink to have with some savoury snacks. They also happen to be one of the more popular choices at Mix.com.my. Flavours include orange vodka, grape brandy and blue rose.

3. Milk Tea

You would have probably scrolled through pictures of these fashionable milk tea bottles on Instagram once or twice. The Chun Cui He milk teas come in a variety of flavours like green tea, cocoa, latte, milk tea, mocha and mandheling.

4. Tofusan

Bottled soy milk beverages are typically mixed with powder, powdered milk or oil. Tofusan? They create their soy beverages with tofu sheets instead (sometimes also known as tofu skin). This significantly increases the protein levels in the drink making it an ideal snack, on top of being preservative-free and cholesterol-free.

Betagen is Thailand’s very own probiotic beverage. For Vitagen or Yakult fans who are peeved by the fact that the bottles come in small sizes, they’d be pleased to know that Betagen comes in larger sizes. People have traveled specifically to Thailand in order to purchase these beverages but now you need only make a trip down to Mix.com.my to obtain some.

6. Green Tea Cookies

Biscuits and cookies are a pantry staple for any snack fan. Mix.com.my stocks plenty of these, whether you’re up for something savoury or sweet. One snack worth picking up is the Furuta green tea cookies which come with a thin layer of green tea cream sandwiched in between 2 buttery biscuits.

7. Banana Milk

These banana flavoured milk drinks are a South Korean favourite and its flavours are predominantly milk with a hint of banana. Hence, if you’re not really big on the idea of milk and banana, you could still give this drink a go.

8. Tokyo Banana

These pastries may resemble a Twiggies cake but they are in fact a much-loved Japanese dessert, often times purchased as a souvenir when visiting the country. They come in numerous stripes, dots and patterns and the packaging often has the design of a bow on it. Flavours include strawberry custard, banana custard and caramel custard.

If you find yourself craving for a serving of brownies, you don’t have to head to the nearest café just yet. These Market O Real Brownies are perfect when warmed up in the oven and dished out with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The Korean snack comes in flavour variants like chocolate and matcha.

10. Honey Butter Chips

Chips are often times deemed a savoury snack but these Calbee Honey Butter Chips actually smell sweet and it’s the honey which lends it this flavour. As implied by its name, the chips also has a buttery taste to it and it’ll taste unlike any other savoury store-bought chips.

11. Jagabee Potato Sticks

It seems to be a running trend for Japanese chip brands to introduce different concepts and flavours. With these Jagabee potato sticks, the chips are in the form of a stick and they are made with real potato. Jagabee produces many flavour variants but the popular ones include the original potato flavour, seaweed as well as purple potato.

12. Iced Coffee
