Yee Sang usually consists of strips of raw fish, mixed with shredded vegetables and paired with a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients. Every Chinese New Year, it’s a must for family and friends alike to toss yee sang for prosperity and the higher we toss our yee sang, the better!
