根绝星洲日报的报道,烟霾在昨天(8月16日)从印尼开始吹向大马。大马半岛多个州属的空气污染指数,从健康水平变成了中等水平!!!

PJ, Selangor的能见度从早上8am的8公里,到下午3pm已经降到3.5公里

Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan的能见度,也从早上8am的9公里,到下午3pm跌到4.5公里

总之,到昨天下午3pm,有20个地区为健康水平(0点50点),29个地区为中等水平(51点至100点)。其中最高的是KL的Batu Muda (84点),第二是Terengganu的Kemaman (79点)Petaling Jaya, Selangor (78点)排在第三。

吃 

1. 萝卜

萝卜是肺脏最棒的排毒食品之一。为什么这样说叻?中医说,大肠和肺的关系密切(很恩爱哟~哈哈哈),只有大肠通畅,肺才能成功排除毒素。而萝卜恰好就能帮助大肠排泄宿便啦!

2. 百合

百合能提高肺脏的抗毒能力。肺脏不能常常燥气,因为燥的情况下,就容易产生毒素。在烟霾天气干燥的情况下,百合就是棒棒的救星啦!因为它有很好的养肺滋润功效,可以帮助肺脏对付毒素哦!

3. 蘑菇

蘑菇和百合一样,可以滋润肺脏,有了蘑菇,毒素不来不来,毒素不敢来!!!

4. 鸡蛋

烟霾的时候更加要提高体质,增强免疫力,才不容易生病。要提高免疫力…怎样叻?就要摄取丰富的蛋白质啦!蛋白质是人体免疫系统的关键物质哦!有一定量蛋白质的食物,一定就是鸡蛋囖!(小编最爱的就是蛋啦!^_^)

5. 鱼类

鱼类本身就有丰富的蛋白质和盐分。盐分可以有消毒解热的功效哟!中年的朋友,记得在这期间多吃鱼啦!!

*除了以上这些食物,也要多吃深绿色或清热的蔬菜,还有水果哦!(例子:黄瓜,苦瓜,橙,西瓜…)

烟霾的时候,除了多喝水,喝凉茶也是很好滴!在这里小编大方地跟你分享三种传统的凉茶药方:

第一种凉茶:将菊花、银花、干草及麦冬一起水煮,防范感冒。(煲20分钟)

第二种凉茶:杏仁、川贝、雪梨干及桔饼;具有润肺功能。(煲1小时)

第三种凉茶:生薏米加灯芯花,可解湿热。(煲45分钟)

2. 蜂蜜柠檬

蜂蜜和柠檬是最好的搭配啦,都具有喉咙舒缓的作用。烟霾期间,喉咙容易不舒服,有它们就能减轻咽喉不适的问题啦!

做法:适量蜂蜜(一汤匙)+ 2片柠檬,用温水冲泡,然后就可以享用!Yoyoyo!!!

3. 椰水

椰水也是最佳的清凉饮料之一,可以帮助舒缓和滋润咽喉。小编在这里给你个小tips,喝椰水的时候可以冷饮但不要加冰,才能达到最好的效果哦!因为椰子钾含量高,也含有抗氧化剂,所以要喝冷的话,放进冰箱里冷一冷喝就好。

*除了以上提及的饮料,也可以选择现成的王老吉,龟苓膏。当然,最重要还是要多喝水啦!

*而咖啡,Milo这些比较偏热的饮料,记得要少喝啦
