It’s that time of the year again when you get together with your friends and family members for Chinese New Year celebrations.

On top of that, the dish also includes various ingredients such as red cabbage, yam bean, carrot, snow fungus, jackfruit, red taro, fresh seaweed, konnyaku, cracker, roasted peanut, sesame seeds, honey sour plum, and abalone for RM239.

While it’s a little on the pricier side, the portion is quite large, and it looks enough for up to 10 pax, and the explosion of flavours are bound to excite your taste buds. They also offer dine-ins where you can enjoy their other food offerings too!

While Salad Atelier does offer generic Yee Sang with salmon sashimi, they also have the HAPPIEE! Prosperity Yee Sang that’s suitable for vegetarians because it does not contain meat.

In this particular Yee Sang, they replaced salmon sashimi and other meat-based products with Prawniee and Squidiee from HAPPIEE!, an edible meat replacement produced by Growthwell Food.

They have multiple sizes available for their Yee Sang, too, such as personal (from RM17.81), a set for four pax (from RM36.68), and a set for eight pax (from RM55.55).

They serve a few in-house developed inspired Yee Sangs including their Prosperity Yee Sang (RM308), which includes Grilled Lobster, Scallop Sashimi, house-Smoked Salmon, and Citrus Sesame Vinaigrette that feeds up to 6 pax.

If you prefer having their Yee Sangs at their restaurant, they, unfortunately, only have the Mini Classic Yee Sang suitable for 2 pax that’s available for dine-in.
