2月7日至2月9日，前往黑风洞（Batu Caves）的13条路段将被封闭以避免交通阻塞，同时也是了让印裔同胞可以到黑风洞朝圣。
执法当局表示，主要路段将从7日凌晨12点开始封闭至9号凌晨12点才恢复通行。在封路期间，交通警察会在路上维持秩序，并确保印度信徒可以顺利完成朝圣活动。
