【PAPERFISH】来自夏威夷的Poke Bowl 让你吃再多都毫无罪恶感！

Paperfish 或许听起来日本传统的折纸手艺之类，但是这其实是一家美食餐厅哦！这家餐厅主打夏威夷菜式，让你品尝夏威夷的味道。

而今天要介绍大家的这道菜式叫做Poke, 以夏威夷语言翻译来说是有‘切片’ 和 ‘切块’的意思。一般是由切块的生魚混合好几种食材而成，也叫做『腌生鱼拌饭』。完全跟POKEMON没有关系哦～哈哈！

大多数的Paperfish 菜式概念是来自日本，所以你可以想象到这道菜式搭配了各种新鲜的日本刺身及蔬菜。

Paperfish的每一餐都是以秘密特制的酱料搭配各种本地食材和香料所制成，虽然使用了本地食材，但仍然保留着夏威夷和日本的特色。三种不同国家的特色完美的融合在这满满的一碗里，每一口都充满幸福感。
