Wonder what’s so special about this place? It’s all about how they combine grilled fish and the concept of steamboat at the same time. At OFMG, they grill the fresh fish in a specially-made oven and it is at the exact temperature of 480°c. This keeps the fish tender and moist.

After the fish is out of the oven, it will then be covered in 7 different sauces/flavours. You might just be spoilt for choice as you will be able to choose from flavours like O’Fishermen Spicy Grill, World’s Fiery Spicy Grill, American Black Pepper Grill, Must Try Spicy Grill, Spicy Sauteed Pickled Cabbage Grill, Rare Taste of Ling Shan Grill and Fragrant Douchi Grill. All these are not the usual sauces you could get in Malaysia and it is their secret in-house recipe.

Now, you must be wondering where the steamboat concept comes in. After you have finished consuming the grilled fish, you could choose whether or not you wish to add in the special broth to your leftover sauce, and this would make the steamboat dish. OFMG provides many selections of steamboat ingredients like enoki mushroom, chinese cabbage and lobster balls to add to your steamboat.
