每年中秋节我们都会返乡探亲,总是免不了要带上美味可口的中秋月饼以和家人团聚一起赏月吃月饼。
趁中秋节吃月饼是属于我们中华文化的传统风俗。
但身为华人的你,是否知道中秋月饼其实有很多种类呢?

中秋月饼如今分成两种,一种是传统月饼,一种是新式月饼。

传统月饼就是我们常在市面上看到的烤制月饼啦!饼皮呈褐色,皮薄馅多,口味有:莲蓉、翡翠、豆沙、五仁等等。以下这几种就是传统月饼咯。

1)潮州月饼

潮式月饼又称朥饼,是广东省潮汕地区汉族糕类名点。特点是皮酥馅细,油不肥舌,甜不腻口,其按内馅种类可分绿豆、乌豆、水晶、紫芋等种类,内核则包括蛋黄或海鲜等多种(可无内核)。

2)上海月饼

上海月饼乃属江南一带的风味,可分为甜咸两种,一般采用的馅料有核桃、松子仁、肉末等。饼皮较酥脆,较硬,表皮油光泛金。但是因为牛油较多,带出了一种特别的奶香。

3)广式月饼

广式月饼源于广州一带,是市面上最常见的月饼。特点是皮薄松软、油光闪闪、色泽金黄、造型美观、图案精致、花纹清晰、不易破碎。也由于皮薄馅大,故热量也挺高的,可以搭配綠茶、小麥茶來品尝,去除口中的甜膩感,更能品尝出月饼的美味。

4)苏式月饼

苏式月饼是源于上海一带,特点就是用酥皮和酥油去做饼皮,内陷一般是豆沙,鲜肉,所以吃起来是酥酥的感觉,一咬就酥皮屑掉满地。也因为是用酥油制作的,所以含油量较高,热量也高。小小一块苏式月饼就等于两碗白饭的热量。所以,大家千万不可吃太多哦。如果喜欢吃的话,建议搭配建議可選擇搭配重口味的茶水如普洱茶、菊花茶,去除口中的油膩感。

随着年代的进化,人们也越来越创新,开始制作了富有创意别一番风味的新式月饼。 

非传统月饼

1)冰皮月

冰皮月饼不同于传统月饼的制作方式。巿场上的冰皮月餅可謂百花齊放,七彩缤纷的颜色更令人惊喜。冰皮月饼须在低温环境保存。其外皮以糯米粉、面粉製成,馅料除传统的莲蓉外,也有水果蓉等,由于不用烤焗,月饼表面不用涂油。

2)Jelly

燕菜月饼不仅制作方法简易,也很受小孩子们的喜爱。晶莹剔透的外表,放进口里冰冰凉凉的感受甚是让人感到爽快。比起烤制月饼,看似梦幻精致的燕菜月饼一点都不油腻,适合男女老少吃。

3)冰淇淋月

冰淇淋月饼指的是以冰淇淋为馅料制成的月饼,属于西点的一种。冰淇淋月饼的馅料只有冰淇淋,大多采用牛奶,奶油等主料。冰激凌味道宜人,细腻滑润,凉甜可口,很受年轻人的欢迎。在炎热天气下来一块冰淇淋月饼,让你的中秋过得更舒爽。

4)像形月

过去称为猪仔饼,馅料较硬,外观形象生动,如今推出的象形月饼不仅有各种图案和主题,非常深受小孩子的喜爱。因此,得注意别让孩子吃太多哦!
