1. 牛阴茎汤

是的,你没看错,这通常被称为 Sup Torpedo 的汤所采用的主要材料为牛的“小弟弟”-牛阴茎!

据说,这牛阴茎汤有壮阳的作用,所以许多男顾客都会光临这位于 Jalan Doraisamy,名叫 Sup Haji Abu Bakar 的摊位,为一尝这特别的汤!

除了牛阴茎汤,老板还有卖其它动物内脏的汤,例如牛和羊的舌头,内脏,蹄筋,牛尾,和鹌鹑肉哦!

营业时间:每天 18:00 – 00:00

2. 青蛙串

田鸡(即虎皮蛙)和田鸡粥我们大马人没少吃,但是整串“原型”的青蛙串却还是蛮少见的!

用酱油和醋腌制过的田鸡串,油炸过后吃起来又像鸡肉又像鱼肉,别有一番风味!

3. 拉面汉堡

拉面和汉堡怎么做结合呢?L&L Hawaiian Barbecue 就发挥了他们的创意,把汉堡的面包以油炸过的拉面代替,做出拉面汉堡!

油炸过的拉面又酥又脆,而中间的肉饼则鲜美多汁、油而不腻!这东西方的结合创造出意想不到的美好滋味!

4. Macaroni Bakar

马来西亚除了有炸香蕉、炸榴莲、炸 Cempedak、炸雪糕,现在在 Pasar Ramadhan Wangsa Maju 还有炸 Macaroni 哦!

Macaroni Bakar 把外层炸成金黄色,而里面是满满浓郁起司的 Macaroni,真是太好吃了!而且一份 Macaroni Bakar 只要价 RM3 哦!

5. Murtabak Maggi

你一定吃过 Mamak 的印度煎饼 Murtabak 和 Maggi Goreng 吧?但是你吃过把这两种小吃结合在一起的 Murtabak Maggi 吗?

如果没吃过,那就一定要去 Pasar Ramadhan Bandar Baru Sentul 了,在那里你可以吃到这奇特又好吃的 Murtabak Maggi 哦!

6. Unagi Pizza

接下来为你介绍的这个披萨,你一定没吃过!那就是日式的 Unagi Pizza 啦!

位于 Subang Jaya 的 Raku Pizza 把披萨皮换成烤得酥脆的日本米饭,再加上日式配料,例如 Teriyaki 鸡肉、Unagi、Ebi Katsu 和 Mentai Salmon 等等,创造出独特的日式披萨!
