Recently, a Malaysian lady was having lunch with her friend at the McD outlet of Jusco Seremban 2. They ordered several items off of the menu. This includes a Fillet o’ Fish, fries, a hot Milo, a grilled chicken burger, a large Milo and some twister fries.

Unfortunately, when they were about to tuck into their meal, the lady found cockroaches in her hot Milo. She then proceeded to post about her misfortune on Facebook and her post has since garnered over 7,000 shares.

“Be careful when you’re ordering and drinking hot Milo at McDonald’s. Please remove the lid before drinking because this happened to me and my friend while we were having lunch at McDonald’s Jusco Seremban 2. We found cockroaches in our drink. Where is the priority in cleanliness for McDonald’s? How long has it been since the machine was cleaned and how many others have drunk cockroaches without realising it? That just proves how dirty this restaurant is,” social media user Kartini Bakar noted.

Netizens were shocked but took it as a reminder to always be careful when dining at restaurants. One social media user tagged his friend and said, “OMG, this is horrible. Next time we should open and check everything carefully. Scary. We don’t usually check some more.”

Another simply said: “This made me lose my appetite.”
