各位消费者们,购物使用银行卡付费要小心!日前一对情侣到一家药房购物并使用银行储蓄卡付费,但是柜台却显示交易失败,他们尝试了5次都不成功,随后才发现他们的储蓄户口被扣了超过900令吉!

该药房的店员Izzat Mustaffa在面子书上帖文表示,由于这对情侣在去药房前有在Econsave使用过他们的储蓄卡,并没有任何问题。这对情侣在发现户口被扣除了900多令吉以后要求店员还钱,但很不幸的,该药房并没有收到任何交易记录。

这对情侣随后致电他们的银行询问,银行表示的确有900多令吉从他们的户口支出,但药房却没有收到该款项。银行随后表示会在15天以内把钱还给他们。

Izzat最后在帖文中呼吁大家若银行卡无法过账,应该停止使用该银行卡,向银行客服询问并查询帐户余额。
