最近，一对情侣光顾位于Puchong的一家板面店，却在板面里惊见蜗牛和蟑螂！这对情侣在过去一个月是这家店的常客，但很可惜，这很可能将会是他们最后一次光临这家餐厅了。
当事人Kelly L Pui Yee近日将他们的遭遇po在面子书上，并表示，“I don’t usually complain but this is really unacceptable”（意译：我平时不怎么投诉，但这真的让人难以接受。）
在他们最近一次光顾这家店的时候，其男友在板面里发现了一只小蜗牛。在他向店员投诉之后，该店家也同意换一碗新的板面给他。
原以为事情会就这样结束，Kelly却随后在她的面里发现了半截蟑螂。她将这件事告诉该店老板娘之后，老板娘并没有道歉，只说了“哎哟”一声便直接把面拿走。虽然店家有想要换一碗新的板面给Kelly，但她因为已经失去胃口而拒绝了。Kelly最后在帖文中表示对这家板面店非常失望，因为事后她并没有收到任何店家的道歉。
