Remember when Malaysian songstress Yuna was the voice navigating our directions on road map app, Waze?
Well, now AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes will be able to navigate your way as well!
“A lot of people ask me what it’s like being an AirAsia pilot. Now you can experience what it’s like to fly high in the sky interacting with me as your air traffic control. And like real air traffic control, I can’t make any promises about the congestion but I can promise that with Waze, we will get you there the quickest and least boring way possible,” Tony told The Star.
Tony Fernandes is a well-known Malaysian figure and someone whom KL-ites would certainly look up to. With the latest addition on Waze, this would certainly be an interesting experience to our rush hour drives!
To choose Tony Fernandes as your new voice navigator, simply download the Waze app and go to the settings page. Next, select “English (UK) – Tony Fernandes” under the Sound option tab, and begin driving with the AirAsia CEO himself!
