While most would be familiar with the restaurant’s delicious wanton mee noodles and signature curry laksa, amongst other dishes, there’s actually a dish on its secret menu that not many know about.

As it’s printed on a separate menu, not all would be aware of the Char Siew Burgers which are priced at RM12.90 (top up an additional RM2 for a glorious sunny side up egg).

If you’re a fan of greasy Asian cuisine, this one’s for you.

Each Char Siew Burger comes with crispy potato fries and a side of authentic homemade sauce.

The oily sheen on the skin of the char siew looks amazing but wait until you slice into the dish. Remember to enjoy each mouthful with the crispy potato fries but add the savoury sauce sparingly if you don’t want to end up with a soggy burger bun.

Though priced slightly steep for a kopitiam meal, it’s actually quite a decent price tag for a pork burger. Topping it up with an egg also makes it only RM14.90.

If you’ve got room for more, why not have one of Pudu Chan Fatt’s wanton mee noodles too?
