怎么吃月饼才更健康?哪些食物不宜同月饼搭配呢?!

俗语说“八月十五月正圆,中秋月饼香又甜”。月饼一直都是华人中秋节传统的食品。中秋节即将来临,相信大家已经准备开始大快朵颐。看着油亮的饼皮和诱人的内陷,是真的很难抗拒想尝上几口。

不过,你知道吃月饼其实有哪些禁忌吗?又知道怎么吃月饼才更健康吗?

你知不知道 红酒与月饼混搭也是一种新的选择呢?红酒中含有多种氨基酸、矿物质和维生素,能够去除月饼的油腻。红酒混搭月饼的原则是:要选择带有甜味的,口感、香气相近的葡萄酒,如果月饼属于甜味,则酒要比食物的甜味略淡,否则体会不出酒中的水果甘甜。月饼若偏酸味,就用更酸的酒搭配,因为食物的酸度会削弱酒中的酸味,不够酸的酒会变得淡而无味。月饼若不是特别甜,或者略有些咸鲜口感的,也可以选择一些口味较重,味道微涩的干红葡萄酒来化解油腻。

因此,不管搭配什么食用,月饼都不能多吃哦! 因为它高油、高糖、高热量,还不易消化。尤其是老年人多食易引发高血压、高血脂,甚至诱发心梗,造成生命危险。最后,小孩,老人,肥胖人士和孕妇在食用月饼时都应该多注意!
